Engineering

Engineering is part of the work planning, design and design of the system to be built. Engineering is based mainly on natural sciences and mathematics, and includes the design, development and completion. Engineering is the 'brain' of the development of a system so that the unit is responsible for the entire project cycle which includes the design, development and completion. Our engineering capabilities in accordance with the mastery of technology is making:
  1. BED (Basic Engineering Design) which includes:
    • Study of the conceptual process (material balances, process flowsheets, etc.)
    • Preliminary Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P & ID Preliminary)
    • Determination of the type and size of major equipment to determine the specification process
    • Determination of the type of control and safety equipment
    • And in general are basic studies required to support the Basic Engineering Design (DED)
  2. FEED (Front End Engineering Design) which includes:
    • Mechanical Data sheets of major equipment, starting from the specification process issued from the BED and the incorporation of the specific requirements of codes and standards that will be applied to the project
    • Thermal rating of the heat exchanger
    • Preparation of tender packages for major equipment
    • Development of process and utility Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P & ID) for Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
    • Development plans factory and hazardous area
    • Elaboration of main piping systems, instruments, electrical and civil works layout
    • And in general, the whole study done before ordering the main equipment
  3. DED (Detailed Engineering Design)
    • Planning for booking both capital equipment common
    • Thermal devices from heat exchanger
    • Diagrams are to be released for construction
    • Development of P & ID for construction
    • Development of detailed drawings relating to instrumentation, electrical facilities and civil works
    • Management of vendor drawings
    • Cost management and scheduling
